American Ginseng, Angelica, Gorgon, Gastrodia, Wolfberry Pork Ribs Soup

Ingredients: 5 grams of American ginseng, 10 grams of Angelica, 8 grams of Chinese wolfberry, 15 grams of Gorgon, 1 root of Gastrodia, 1 root of ribs, 1 piece of ginger, salt and water.

Soak the gastrodia in water for two days and nights in advance, until the hair is fully swelled.

Cut into slices.

Then use a small brush to clean the sand on the surface of the angelica.

Use clean water to wash away the floating dust on the surface.

Wash the ribs and chop them into small pieces.

Put it in a pot, add an appropriate amount of water, put it on the fire, and bring it to a boil.

As the water boils, the blood foam gradually emerges, continue to boil for a few minutes, until the blood foam is exhausted.

Remove the ribs and discard the soup.

Pour water in the casserole, add the blanched ribs and a piece of crushed ginger.

Put in the cut gastrodia and bring to a boil on high heat.

Cover the lid, turn to low heat, and simmer for about 1 hour.

Uncover, add angelica and gorgon, continue to cover, simmer for half an hour.

Uncover again, add wolfberry and American ginseng, and continue to simmer for about half an hour.

Turn off the heat and season with salt until the ribs are soft and rotten.

Pour into a bowl and serve while hot.
Tips:
Chinese wolfberry and American ginseng can also be put together with angelica.
A casserole is better for the soup.
The stewing time can be increased or decreased according to the softness and hardness you want.
