American Ginseng Cordyceps Flower Black Chicken Soup
1.
1. Remove the head and butt of the silky chicken, peel off the skin, and chop large pieces. (I'm afraid of oil, usually peel off the skin, it doesn't matter if you don't peel it, it depends on personal preference).
2.
2. Soak the cordyceps flower in water and wash it off.
3.
3. Wash the American ginseng and yam, and soak them in water to soften them. Keep the soaked water for later use.
4.
4. Wash the wolfberry and longan.
5.
Wash the red dates and remove the pits. (Red date kernels are dry and hot)
6.
Put all the ingredients into the stewing pot and pour boiling water.
7.
Bring the water to a boil in a large pot in advance (the amount of water is half the amount of the stewing pot), put the stew into the pot, simmer on medium heat for 30 minutes, turn to low heat and continue to simmer for 3 hours. This soup is sweet and does not require salt.
8.
Sweet and invigorating, especially suitable for people who often stay up late and face the computer.
