American Ginseng Lean Broth
1.
Wash the American ginseng, round meat, and wolfberry with warm water.
2.
Wash the lean meat and slice it (chopped for better taste, just drink the soup)
3.
Put water and support into the steamer. Use a stew pot to hold the ingredients and fill with water (don’t fill it too much, leave some space)
4.
Cover the lid of the stew pot
5.
Cover the lid of the steamer and bring to a boil over high heat, and simmer on medium heat for 60-70 minutes.
6.
After the stew, add a little salt and chicken powder to taste, stir evenly and scoop up to serve.
Tips:
This is to put American ginseng and round meat in the amount of 3 bowls of water. If the stew pot is large, there are many families, and the appropriate amount of meat and ingredients are added. You can keep it fresh if you can simmer the soup if you can't finish drinking it, and it's okay to drink it for two days. It also saves a lot of soup time. Chicken or pork bones can be used instead of lean meat, but the chicken soup should be filtered. Otherwise, too fat will cause a burden on health.
