American Ginseng Pork Heart Soup

3 slices of ginger, a well-prepared pork heart (prepared from the pork stall)

American ginseng, also known as American ginseng.

The pig's heart is blanched in hot water, and the blood is removed.

Pressure cooker with cold water, ginger slices, and pig heart pressure for 20 minutes.

The pressure cooker naturally degass, remove the pig heart slices.
6.
The sliced pork heart and American ginseng and wolfberry are poured back into the pot, and then boil until the water is switched on and off, cover and simmer for 20 minutes to season.
