American Ginseng Stewed Old Hen

Prepare the hen and American ginseng

Prepare cooking wine and ginger slices

Pour clean water into the pot, add 2 slices of ginger, blanch the chicken in the pot and remove it

Then add the chicken to the stew pot, add ginger slices, and pour in the rice wine

Then fill the western part with hot water

Add water to the pressure cooker and cover the stewing pot and add it. The amount of water can submerge half of the stewing pot.

Press for 35 minutes

Tips:
1. American ginseng should not exceed 5 grams per person per day. People who feel fever and yin deficiency should not use it.
2. Using a pressure cooker to stew can reduce the cooking time, you can also use an open flame to increase the time of stewing, the stewing time should be determined according to the quality of the chicken
3. This soup can be added with some goji berries for better nutrition. My family doesn't like to eat it, so I replaced it with chopped green onion
