American Hot Dog Bread

The dough materials are all kneaded into glove film using the post-oil method. (I was lazy to use the bread machine to knead the dough, but the basic kneading procedure was used three times before kneading the glove film. [The ACA bread machine from the previous competition] Still slow,)

The kneaded dough is fermented to twice its size,

Divide into four equal parts,

Take a minute and roll it out,

Roll up,

Shaping, kneading into the shape of rice grains, closing the mouth downwards,

Put it in a baking tray, spray a thin layer of water on the surface, and ferment to twice its original size.

Brush with whole egg liquid, sprinkle full of sesame seeds, gently press tightly with your hands, put it in the oven at 180℃ for about 15 minutes, and the surface will become golden.

Let the baked bread cool slightly,

Use a toothed knife to cut as deep as possible, but don’t cut the bread.

Put in the cleaned lettuce, add an appropriate amount of tomato sauce, (you can also add barbecue juice and mustard hot sauce, the taste is stronger, [personal preference])
