American Zucchini Bread

Wash and shred the zucchini;

Squeeze out the water, then put the zucchini shreds in a clean towel to further control the moisture;

Take a container, beat in the eggs, add vanilla extract, beat evenly, and add chopped zucchini;

Add brown sugar and vegetable oil, mix well;

Take a large mixing bowl, add all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, cinnamon powder, salt, baking powder, soda powder and nutmeg powder, and mix well;

Take a large mixing bowl, add all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, cinnamon powder, salt, baking powder, soda powder and nutmeg powder. After stirring, add the zucchini mixture until it is completely combined;

Walnut kernels are laid out in a flat plate. Put in the microwave on high heat for 4 minutes, sauté until fragrant;

Add it to the batter and mix well;

Take the bread mold, spray a layer of edible butter, and sprinkle sugar evenly on all parts of the basin;

Pour the batter into the bread mold;

Preheat the oven to 165 degrees Celsius and feed the bread dough;

The bread is ready to be baked in about 70 minutes.
Tips:
1. When frying the walnuts in the microwave, take it out halfway (at 2 minutes) and mix it; 2. After the bread is out of the oven, take it out and place it on the drying rack to cool for 30 minutes. After it is completely cooled, it will be demoulded. It should be noted that this type of bread is easy to break when it is hot.
