An American (american) Fruit Pizza that is Not An Imaginary Pizza
1.
Making the bottom of the cake: Flour (that is, ordinary flour), Americans only use all purpose flour to make cakes and biscuits, and there is no high-gluten flour or low-gluten flour. Mix the flour and frozen butter cubes and chop them, add powdered sugar, and knead them into a dough.
2.
Spread the butter and flour dough from the previous step on the baking tray (preferably a shallow pizza tray).
3.
Press and flatten the crust, put it in the oven at 180 degrees and bake for 15 minutes (the time depends on your oven, so you have to check it out, poke the crust with your fingers, and think that the crust is crispy like a biscuit.
4.
Next, make the fruit top and take out the canned pineapple (minced pineapple).
5.
Press out the pineapple juice and leave the minced pineapple as the fruit layer for a while.
6.
Mix pineapple chopped meat, strawberry chopped pieces, banana chopped pieces, and kiwi chopped pieces.
7.
Mix pineapple juice, strawberry juice, appropriate amount of sugar and cornstarch (the role of cornstarch is to thicken, so the amount is based on the amount of your fruit juice), cook on low heat until the viscous translucent foams into a "homemade pulp" .
8.
Mix the fruit pieces and homemade fruit pulp into the "first layer of fruit", and set aside.
9.
To make the middle layer of the cake: mix 200gcream cheese with 150g sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and beat well, don't whip! The middle level is ready~
10.
Take out the baked pie bottom and place it on the middle layer of cream cheese.
11.
Finally, spread the upper layer of "fruit crushed fruit pulp"
12.
The fruit pizza is ready.
