Anchovy Shrimp Steak

Head and peel the shrimp, leaving the last small section of the skin to not remove.

Cut the back of the shrimp with a knife, remove the shrimp thread, and lightly pat a few times with the back of the knife to spread the shrimp noodles.

Marinate with cooking wine, salt and black pepper for about 30 minutes.
