Angelica Egg Brown Sugar Water

Eggs in a pan under cold water, boil on high heat, turn to low heat and simmer for 5 minutes; remove them and put them in cold water to cool, peel them and set aside;

Rinse the angelica, red dates, and longan meat, add 500ml of cold water, add the eggs; boil on high heat, turn to low heat and cook for 1 hour;

Add brown sugar 5 minutes before starting the pan.
Tips:
This sugar water will get a little hot, you can drink it when the weather cools down slowly after the beginning of autumn!
