Another Bowl of Braised Noodles😄

It's best to bring some fat, my child doesn't eat fat. Just cut the lean meat into shreds or slices and marinate it with 13 soy sauce and two drops of salt. The meat will not taste sturdy and tender when it is fried. Wash the bean sprouts and carobs and blanch them out.

You can steam the noodles before cooking. Steaming in the pot, I am steaming the whole box. When steaming, add some oil and mix it a bit. The southern noodles are steamed hard for 20 minutes.

Pour the oil on the fire, add the pepper and fennel in the oil to fry until it tastes good, then throw in the meat, stir-fry, add the minced garlic, green onion and ginger, continue to stir-fry, add the dark soy sauce.

When the meat is cooked, add the beans, stir fry, and then add the bean sprouts. After stirring, add salt, boiling water, and there should be soup in it because it will be noodles for a while. Turn the water into the right amount of dark soy sauce and stir fry chicken essence and turn off the heat.

After the noodles have been steamed for 20 minutes, take them out, mix the noodles with the soup in the vegetables, then spread the vegetables on top, and steam them for another five to eight minutes.
