Anti-sand Taro

Peel the taro and cut into strips. Add enough oil to the wok. Heat the frying pan and put the taro sticks in to fry.

Let the fried taro sticks cool for 20 seconds, then re-fry.

Pour out the oil in the oil pan, add half a bowl of water, put all the sugar in the pan and bring to a boil. In the process of burning, use a spoon to make a circle to avoid scorching. When the sugar water bubbles up, put the taro sticks in and fry, and turn off the heat.

Stir-fry the taro and sugar to avoid sticking. When the sugar changes color, let it cool for a while and start it.
