Ants on The Tree
1.
Mince pork into mince, add a little pepper and mix well; mince Pixian watercress, mince ginger and garlic, and cut green pepper into small pieces
2.
Put the vermicelli in cold water to soak slightly, remove and cut, and drain the water
3.
Put oil in the pot, saute the garlic and ginger, then pour in the minced meat and stir fry out
4.
Add cooking wine and a tablespoon of Pixian bean paste, stir fry over medium heat
5.
Add diced green pepper
6.
Then add the soaked vermicelli, pour in a small bowl of water or stock
7.
Add Knorr hot fried fresh dew, boil over medium heat and turn to low heat until the vermicelli has no hard cores.
Tips:
1. Mince pork as much as possible;
2. The vermicelli should be soaked in cold water, just soft, remove it, be sure to soak in advance and drain, otherwise it will be easy to stick to the pot.
3. Don't collect the soup too dry, because the vermicelli will absorb the soup after serving, and it will stick together when it is dried.
