Vermicelli Meatball Soup

The vermicelli is soaked in boiling water to soften and then picked up and washed

Prepare minced pork

Prepare water starch, chopped green onion and choy sum

Add 3 grams of salt to the minced pork, cooking wine, and light soy sauce. Stir in a clockwise direction until it is sticky, then add the water starch and add it; add water starch to make the minced meat more tender
