Tips:
1. The minced meat used can be minced pork or beef. Although it may not be authentic, it can be made from existing materials;
2. Put a little water first when frying the meat, which will make the meat easier to spread and oil, if there is too much oil, it can be decanted;
3. It is better to use a non-stick pan when frying the vermicelli, so as to prevent the vermicelli from sticking to the pan and the vermicelli is too rotten and out of shape.
