Ingredients: vermicelli, minced meat, carrot, ginger, garlic. (Soak the vermicelli in advance and drain the water)

Cut ginger, minced garlic, and carrots.

Heat the oil in a wok, and add the tempeh.

After frying the oil, add the minced meat and stir fry.
5.
Stir fry until white, add green onion, ginger and carrots.
6.
Put a tablespoon of sweet noodle sauce in the pan and fry.
7.
Stir fry evenly.
8.
Add appropriate amount of water to just submerge the minced meat.
9.
Spread the vermicelli, cover and simmer for a while.
10.
When the moisture is dry, stir-fry the vermicelli and minced meat, and sprinkle with minced celery leaves.
