Chicken Soup Rice Noodles

Prepare all the ingredients the night before: the chicken broth is simmered, the quail eggs are cooked and peeled

Cut enoki mushrooms and leeks into sections, shred carrots and tofu skins, and tear the cooked chicken breast into shreds. The fungus cannot be soaked for too long, so I soak it more at 12 in the middle of the night, wash and shred it at 6 in the morning, and then blanch it in water.

Soak the rice noodles in advance, cook them in a large bowl in the morning, and pour in the freshly boiled chicken broth

Put all the side dishes in order. The chicken soup must be just boiled so that the raw side dishes can be cooked.
Tips:
1. Fungus should not be soaked overnight or soaked for too long
2. Be sure to boil the chicken soup again when you use it
