Appetizer Before Meals, Sweet and Sour "hong Kong Style Cucumber"

1. Wash the cucumbers, dry them, and place them on the chopping board.

2. Smash it with the back of a knife. Don't use too much force, just moderate.

3. The smashed cucumber.

4. Dig out the seeds of the crushed cucumber and cut them into chunks of appropriate size.

5. Put it in a bowl and add a little salt to marinate it to force out the water.

6. Drain the water and wipe dry with kitchen paper.

7. Put the dried cucumber into a bowl.

8. Sesame oil + sugar + salt + Zhenjiang vinegar = sauce (add more or less drops according to your taste)

9. Pour in the prepared sauce and mix it down.

10. Put it in the refrigerator and chill it and you can eat it!
