Appetizers-delicious Duck Intestines

1. Ingredients: duck intestines, green peppers, garlic, onions. Forgot to take pictures of green peppers.

2. Wash the duck intestines, put water in a pot, add the duck intestines to high heat and cook for 5 minutes.

3. Cook until the duck intestines shrink into a roll, then remove.

4. Let cool and cut into small strips.

5. Add the oil, stir-fry the onion, garlic, green pepper, soy sauce, and salt a few times.

6. Add the cut duck intestines and stir-fry evenly for a few times.

7. Serve on the table.

Tips:

When cleaning the duck intestines, first wash it with water twice, then add salt to dry-clean it twice, and then wash with water until the water is no longer turbid.
