Healthy and Delicious Duck Blood Vermicelli Soup

Duck blood, duck intestines, vermicelli, oily tofu stock, light soy sauce, vinegar and spicy oil, pepper, coriander, green onion, ginger, salt

Duck blood cut into small pieces

Put the right amount of salt in the water and pour the duck blood to remove the fishy smell

Duck intestines cut into sections

Soak the vermicelli in water until soft

Tips:
1. If you don't like spicy food, you can leave out the spicy oil
2. Soak duck blood in salt water to get rid of the fishy smell
3. Put the vermicelli later so as not to be too soft 4. Choose bone broth and chicken broth for the broth
