Appetizers ㊙️‼ ️fried Pork Heart with Taro and Lotus‼ ️not Old Nor Fishy

Prepare home taro lotus, "Mother Brand" is always the favorite flavor!

Cut a pig's heart into four halves and wash the inside, then cut off the large blood vessels and the white part on the outside, then cut the pig's heart into thin slices, and then wash it with water to remove the blood, remove it and squeeze it dry by hand.
Add salt, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine, ginger onion garlic, white pepper, and a little dry starch.

Add dried chilies according to your personal preference for spiciness.

Tips:
1 Taro lotus is a specialty of my hometown, which belongs to my personal preference. If not, you can use green and red peppers or celery instead, and the red, green, and green ones will look good and delicious.
