Appetizing Chicken Feet with Pickled Peppers
1.
First bring back the pickled peppers and water to a boil (this is because the water used to make pickled peppers is raw), then cool to cold water temperature
2.
Wash the chicken feet you bought back, remove the toes, and divide them into two
3.
Add water to a boil in a pot, blanch the chicken feet
4.
Remove dry water
5.
Add water to the pot and bring to a boil. At the same time, boil the water and wash the star anise, cinnamon, pepper, slice ginger, dried red pepper and pickled pepper into small pieces.
6.
After the water is boiled, put the prepared ingredients into the pot and cook for a few minutes, so that the flavor in the ingredients will be boiled out
7.
Add some salt and cooking wine, cook the chicken feet in the pot for 5-8 minutes (try your own taste to control the time, short time is chewy, longer time cooks softer), then soak for ten minutes
8.
After cooking, remove the controlled dry water and wash in cold boiling water. This will wash off the gelatin on the chicken feet and the finished product will not stick together. Drain the water after washing.
9.
Pour the chicken feet into the pickled pepper water that has been cooked
10.
Cut the white radish and carrot into thin strips, stir in the chicken feet and soak for a day
11.
This is soaked after a day, how about it? I can’t wait to eat one, it’s delicious, the radish is also delicious
Tips:
1. I use a bag of pickled peppers. Ask the boss for more pickled pepper water. If there is not so much pickled pepper water, add water, add some vinegar and salt, and don’t put too much salt. Up
2. The chicken feet are cut for better taste
3. The white radish and carrot added later can be added according to personal preference
