Apple and Yam Pork Bone Soup
1.
Core the apple and cut into large pieces.
2.
Prepare a few slices of ginger.
3.
Put the boiled pork bones, shiitake mushrooms, apples, carrots, and ginger into the pot, add water, and turn the heat to a low heat. I also cut some carrots and forgot to shoot them. I grew them at home. They were out of season and crooked melons and dates.
4.
While cooking, I found a few pieces of papaya left in the refrigerator and threw it in.
5.
I washed some bamboo fungus and set it aside.
6.
Cut the yam during the cooking process.
7.
Let it boil. After at least two hours, add yam and bamboo fungus, and then add salt.
8.
Then continue to low heat, boil it until the yam is cooked to the degree you like.
9.
The apples are completely rotten, and they become puree and scattered in the soup. The pork bones didn't show up because I usually don't eat meat dishes in the soup. I usually eat the vegetarian dishes with them.
Tips:
1. Actually the protagonists are yam and pork bones, but these two are too tasteless, so add something else. What to add depends on what you have on hand.
2. The bamboo fungus becomes soft as soon as it is soaked in water. It is enough to clean the impurities. If you don't like it, don't put it. I have not finished eating last year at home. It is purely reducing the inventory.
3. It's just my habit to boil the pork bones. You can also put it in the pot directly and skim the foam after boiling.
