Apple Bitter Gourd Honey Lemon Juice

1 bitter gourd, 1 apple, pickled lemon syrup (if not pickled, you can add lemon and honey after squeezing the juice, if you don’t like acid, you can leave it without lemon).

Dice the apple, and soak the bitter gourd into dice in light salt water for one minute to remove the bitterness (the bitter gourd can be accepted without soaking).

Put the bitter gourd and diced apple into the soymilk machine and add an appropriate amount to cool it (the same is true for other juicers).

Press the fruit and vegetable juice function key and finish in one minute.

The filtered juice is added with a slice of pickled lemon and a spoonful of lemon honey. It is sweet and sour and has no bitter taste at all.
