Apple Bread
1.
Let’s make the apple filling first: the apples are peeled and cored and cut into small cubes. The finished bread is relatively small, so the diced apples should also be cut smaller
2.
Add caster sugar and lemon juice
3.
Put it on the fire and heat it while stirring. At first, the apple will produce a lot of juice. Slowly reduce and boil until the water is dry. Add cinnamon powder
4.
Stir the apple filling and it's ready
5.
Start making bread: Put all the materials except butter into the PE8500W bread bucket together, and start the IMix function on the bread machine panel. At this time, observe more. If the dough is hard, then slowly add the reserved 10-20 amount of water. Until the dough is properly soft and hard, after 20 minutes of kneading, the dough has been kneaded until the surface is smooth, then add softened butter
6.
Press the IMix function on the panel again, the butter will slowly knead into the dough, if the butter is stirred on the wall of the bucket, scrape it off with a spatula and continue to knead until the expansion stage
7.
The kneaded dough is rounded into a basin and placed in the oven, and then put a bowl of hot water to turn on the fermentation function for basic fermentation
8.
When the dough grows to 2-2.5 times the size, it will be ready without shrinking or collapsing.
9.
After the fermentation is over, take out the dough and ventilate, divide it into 12 evenly, and cover with plastic wrap to relax for 15 minutes after rounding.
10.
Roll the loosened dough into a circle
11.
Turn the dough over and wrap it in the fried apple filling
12.
Close the mouth and pinch into a ball shape
13.
Put the finished dough in a buttered mold with the mouth down
14.
Continue to put it in the oven and use the fermentation function for the final fermentation. Put a bowl of hot water in the oven to maintain the humidity in the oven.
15.
Finally, the fermentation is over, take out the bowl of water in the oven, start to preheat the oven to 180 degrees, poke a small hole in the middle of the dough, brush a layer of thin egg liquid, and cut the Pretz biscuits into the small hole. Put another almond slice on the side
16.
Put it in the middle layer of the preheated 180 degree oven, and bake it for 15 minutes.
Tips:
1. Regional differences and the water absorption rate of flour are different. The amount of water in the recipe is not constant. Please adjust it according to the actual situation. It is recommended not to add all the water at one time. Reserve 10-20 grams and add slowly according to the actual situation.
2. After baking the bread, cover it with tin foil until the baking is complete.
3. Each oven will have a temperature difference. The baking temperature and time are subject to your own oven.
