Apple Bread

The dough material is put into the bread bucket according to the liquid and solid use procedure.

Knead the dough for 20 minutes until smooth and add softened butter. Knead again until smooth, cover and ferment to 2 times the size.

Dice the apple, add sugar and lemon juice, and boil the water to dry. Add cinnamon powder and mix well.

Divide the fermented dough into 6 portions. Wake up for 10 minutes after spheronization.

Take a dough and roll it out, vent the gas, and add an appropriate amount of apple filling.

All are done and fermented in the oven for 40 minutes.

Tips:
Milk can also be replaced with apple juice or water.
