Apple Cheese Bread
1.
Add the bread ingredients to the bread machine in the order of the recipe (my bread machine is Dongling 6D), set the dough for 10 minutes to wake up for 10 minutes and then mix for 20 minutes, until the film is completely out.
2.
While the bread machine is kneading the noodles, we will make the cheese filling. Take out the refrigerated cream cheese in advance to soften it, add brown sugar and white sugar, and beat with a whisk until smooth and no particles.
3.
Add the egg mixture, beat with a whisk until it is completely mixed with the cheese, then sift in the cornstarch, and stir with a spatula to mix evenly without particles.
4.
Add the completely softened butter (the butter must be completely softened, otherwise it will not be easy to beat) and continue to beat evenly without particles.
5.
Add diced apples (cut the diced apples into small pieces as much as possible to better blend in the cheese filling)
6.
This is the finished apple cheese filling, set aside for later use.
7.
Take out the mixed dough and place it in a warm place for a round.
8.
After the first shot is over, the dough is vented, divided into 25 evenly, rounded and spread into the mold.
9.
Put it in the oven for two shots.
10.
Pour in the apple cheese filling prepared in advance, shake the mold a little (do not overweight, so as not to discourage the dough), and then smooth the surface.
11.
Spread the apple slices, sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon powder (mix the brown sugar and cinnamon powder beforehand), and preheat the oven at 180 degrees.
12.
Put it in the middle and lower layer of the oven for about 35 minutes, paying attention to the coloring.
13.
Take off the film while it is hot after baking.
14.
Served with a cup of black coffee.
15.
Enjoy the sunshine on the last day of 2015.
