Apple Millet Quinoa Porridge

Soak rice, millet, and three-color quinoa for 2 hours in advance.

Soak the miscellaneous grains, add water, and bring to a boil over high heat.

Turn to low heat and boil slowly.
4.
Peel and core the apple and cut into small cubes.
5.
Cook the porridge until it is thick and add diced apples.
