When you are in a good mood, just play with gourmet DIY, and use whatever you have at home~
I really miss the mood at that time. One day, my work took a half-day holiday, and there was nothing to do at home in the afternoon.
It’s still early for dinner, so I made this for afternoon tea~"

Apple Omelet

1. Red Fuji, egg, chicken ham, sesame, flour.

2. Beat the eggs in a bowl.

3. Add some water and flour to make a non-dry and not thin batter, just a little thicker.

4. Cut the red Fuji and ham into small cubes, save half of the red Fuji and slice into thin slices.

5. Put the cut fruits into the pan and fry them slightly, fry them out of flavor and remove them.

6. Take the frying pan, pour in thin oil, not too much, thinner is better, make the batter well, dig a spoon into the non-stick pan and turn the pan flat.

7. Spread the jam first, add some fried diced diced potatoes, and then spread the apple slices.

8. Roll up and eat.

Tips:

The batter is the key point, it should be adjusted well, and there should be no floury mud in the batter.
