Apple Pie
1.
Prepare the materials and weigh them separately
2.
Butter softened and beaten
3.
Add icing sugar and continue to beat
4.
Add eggs to beat
5.
Sift in low powder
6.
Mix well with butter
7.
Knead into a smooth dough
8.
Wrap in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, this time you can start to make apple filling
9.
Peel and core the apples, 2 diced for later use, save one for later slicing
10.
Melt butter in the pot, add sugar and cook until melted
11.
Pour the diced apples into the pot and sprinkle with cinnamon powder and stir fry
12.
Boil on low heat until the apples become soft. To thicken the filling, add a proper amount of homemade applesauce and squeeze into the lemon juice
13.
After collecting the juice on a low heat, let it cool for later use
14.
Take out the pie crust dough, take two thirds of the dough and roll it into a round piece and place it in an 8-inch pie pan, flatten the edges, and put a small hole in the bottom of the fork for exhaust.
15.
Put it in the middle of the oven and bake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes
16.
Roll the remaining dough into thin slices and press out a butterfly shape
17.
It’s very beautiful. The number of butterflies is enough to circle the pie pan. I made 11 and just used up the rest of the dough.
18.
Put the apple filling evenly into the pie crust
19.
Cut the remaining apple slices into thin slices, press a slice and spread it evenly on the plate, sprinkle the sliced apples with shavings of butter, or brush with melted butter
20.
Put it in the middle of the oven and heat 200 for about 6 or 7 minutes, and the apple slices can be baked until soft
21.
Cut the unpeeled apple into 6 or 7 slices, boil in sugar water to soften, press one by one, roll up from the top end to form a rose flower
22.
Put the roses in the center of the pie, and make a circle with the butterflies
23.
Brush the edge of the pie crust and the butterfly with egg liquid, put it in the middle of the oven and bake at 150 degrees for 15 minutes until the butterfly is colored.
24.
Fruity, buttery, cinnamon, and egg aromas are very attractive. The baked ones are very beautiful, and they were secretly sliced and eaten before they came and took pictures.
Tips:
Bake the pie crust first, the finished product will be very crispy and don’t like the taste of cinnamon, you can leave a little bit for brushing the pie crust when you put the egg liquid on it.
