Apple Pie
1.
After the butter has softened, pour in low-gluten flour and fine sugar, and knead it with your hands until it is evenly kneaded;
2.
The mixed flour looks like coarse corn flour;
3.
Pour in water, knead into a dough, let it rest for 15 minutes
4.
Peel the apple, cut into pieces and then cut into slices; (you don’t need to peel it, the finished product will look better)
5.
Sprinkle in granulated sugar, marinate for a while, it will taste better when it is sweetened;
6.
Roll the loose dough into thin slices, put it in the pie pan, and flatten it by hand; * In a more convenient way, put the dough directly into the pie pan and flatten it by hand without rolling. It is easy to stick after rolling out the sheet and cannot be taken out--!
7.
Use a fork to pierce some small holes in the bottom of the pie crust to prevent it from bulging during baking;
8.
Put the apple slices in, and make your own concave shape; finally, preheat the oven to 200 degrees, the middle layer, about 40 minutes or so!
Tips:
After being slightly cooled, demoulded and cut into pieces. While hot or refrigerated, it tastes good. I personally prefer refrigerated ^^
