Apple Pie

[Make tart skin]: Sift low-gluten flour, add softened butter and cut into small pieces

The oven temperature is 160 degrees, and the time is 5-10 minutes to preheat the oven. After preheating, place the middle layer on the baking tray, select a temperature of 160 degrees, and take 35 minutes. The surface layer is browned and then taken out. 1 / The top apple slices are buttered and sprinkled with sugar to help the color look better. If you feel that the color is not enough, you can finally increase the oven temperature to 180 degrees and bake for another 2 minutes.
