Apple Rose Edition Matcha Muffin

Muffin ingredients: low-gluten flour 95G, matcha powder 5G, butter 50G, fine sugar 50G, milk 60G, 1 egg, appropriate amount of raisins, appropriate amount of rum (if raisins are not added, the last two ingredients don't need to be put); 50G butter cut After the small pieces are softened, add fine sugar and mix with the head of an electric whisk, then beat the butter at a medium speed to lighten the color

Add egg liquid in small amounts, each time you add it, you need to beat it until it's completely mixed before adding

Sift in half of the powder (low-gluten flour and matcha powder) and milk after being beaten, mix well with a rubber spatula, and then sift in the remaining powder and milk, mix well

Put the batter into a piping bag, cut a hole in the piping bag, and squeeze it into the muffin cup, (if you want to add raisins, you can squeeze halfway into it. The raisins need to be soaked with rum in advance, and the water is squeezed out when adding) Put it in the middle of the preheated oven, bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes, then take it out

Apple rose material: 1 red apple, 40 grams of flour, 15 grams of butter, appropriate amount of powder, appropriate amount of water; 15G of butter is softened, add flour and knead by hand, then add appropriate amount of water to knead dough

Tips:
1. When making muffins, the butter must be fully softened, otherwise it will not be easy to pass. The softened butter will be recessed if you press it gently with your fingers. If the room temperature is low in winter, the softening will be slower;
2. For apple blossoms, the petals will be thinner if the apple slices are thinly cut, but not too thin, too thin and easy to break. Make sure that the apple skin will not break. The red of the apple skin is on the top, and the petals will be baked. Will be beautiful
3. When rolling the apple flower, hold it in the part where the apple is placed, because the bottom part is much thinner than the part with the apple, and it is easy to roll not tight.
