Apple Soft Cookies
1.
Wash the apples, cut them into thin strips with the skin, about 5 mm in thickness and 3 to 4 cm in length, as shown in the picture.
2.
Sift low-gluten flour and aluminum-free baking powder, then add in sugar and salt, mix well
3.
Take the butter out of the refrigerator and cut into 1 cm long and wide cubes for later use
4.
Put the butter block into the powdery mixture from the previous step, knead and squash it to let the butter and flour fully blend
5.
Just become this kind of coarse corn flour
6.
Pour in the apple strips and stir evenly with a spatula
7.
Then pour in 40 grams of milk and mix well by cutting and mixing
8.
Then pour in the remaining 20 grams of milk and continue to cut and mix until there is no dry powder.
9.
Use two spoons or put a fresh-keeping bag on your hands, take about 35 grams of dough, and place it on a baking tray that has been covered with greased paper in advance.
10.
This is how all the dough is ready. Because of the apple slivers, the dough is in this irregular state. Check if there is any looseness, and pinch it tighter.
11.
Sprinkle a small amount of almond flakes or chopped almonds and coarse granulated sugar on the surface of the cookie dough
12.
Put it in the middle layer of the preheated oven, and bake for 30 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees above and below, and the surface will turn golden.
Tips:
1. The heart of this biscuit is a bit soft, a bit similar to the banana soft biscuit I taught you to make before, sprinkled with almond slices on the surface, because the aroma of apples and almonds match well;
2. In the biscuits, unless they are dried fruit powder, most of the biscuits added with fresh fruit are a little soft. This apple biscuit is also added with a lot of milk, which tastes better, so it is very suitable for children or mouths. Good old people eat
3. Please refer to the temperature and time I wrote and adjust by yourself, because everyone’s oven is different, and the temperature deviation is also different, you have to know your own oven temperament;
4. You don't need to sprinkle if you don't have almonds, you can sprinkle fine sugar if you don't have coarse sugar.
