Apple Spare Ribs Soup

Prepare all ingredients.

Soak lotus lily and adenophora in water for a while.
3.
After blanching the ribs, rinse them with clean water.

Clean the apples, remove the core and cut into pieces, and cut the corn together. (Boil the apple and the skin together)

Put all the ingredients in the casserole and add an appropriate amount of water.

Put the lid on and bring it to a boil. (You can use a fire pot, I personally like the smell of a large gas fire to be particularly strong)

After boiling, remove the scum. (This way the soup is very clear, without oil)

After 20 minutes of boiling on high heat, turn to low heat for 30 minutes and add appropriate amount of salt to taste.

Finished product. (No greasy feeling at all, sweet and delicious)
Tips:
After the greasy soup is finished, remove the oil from the soup.
