Arctic Shrimp Salad with Plum Sauce

Peel the Arctic shrimp, blanch the wrapped shrimp with boiling water and then boil it with cold white and let it cool for later use.

Don’t use overripe avocados. It’s best if they are slightly ripe. Cut in half, go down and cut a circle along the core, turn it with your hand, and then remove the skin. Cut into thick slices. Use a spoon to scoop out half of the nucleus and cut it into pieces of the same size

Prepare minced black pepper, minced garlic, sliced black olives, and roll out some minced pine nuts
