Griddle Shrimp

Shrimp is taken out of the freezer to thaw

Wash the shrimp and cut the hair, then use cooking wine, a little salt and black pepper, and marinate for 30 minutes

Cut potatoes into thin strips, shred onion, cut celery into sections, prepare ginger and garlic cloves

The marinated shrimp is coated with a layer of dry starch

Fry the potatoes in the pan until golden and remove them

Fry the shrimp again, fry until it turns red and remove

Heat the pan and add oil, add dried red pepper, sliced ginger and garlic clove until fragrant, add celery and onion, stir fry, drizzle a little light soy sauce

Pour in the fried shrimp and potatoes, stir fry evenly, add some salt to the pan

Tips:
If you like spicy food, you can put some hot sauce before serving.
