[arowana Rice Oil] Braised Prawns in Oil

Prepare materials.

Wash the shrimp, remove the shrimp thread, cut off the shrimp silk, add cooking wine and marinate for 20 minutes.

Cut green onion into sections and slice ginger

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, heat it up, and fry it until fragrant.

Remove the fried green onion and ginger.

Put the shrimp in the wok and stir fry until the color changes.

Add sugar and continue to stir fry.
