Artistic Steamed Cake

Prepare the ingredients.

Separate the yolk and egg whites in two oil- and water-free basins.

After the egg yolks are beaten, add 10g of sugar, and mix the milk evenly.

Add edible oil and stir well.

Sift in the powder and stir evenly.

Stir the egg yolk paste and set aside for later use.

Soak the egg whites, add 1/3 of the sugar and continue to beat.

Beat into a fine bubble and add 1/3 of the sugar to continue whipping.

Beat until thick, add the remaining sugar for the third time and continue to beat.

Because there are only 2 egg white bowls slightly tilted, it can be beaten evenly to hard foaming.

Take 1/3 of the egg white and add it to the egg yolk paste, stir evenly.

Then add 1/3 of the egg white to the egg yolk paste and mix well.

Finally, add the remaining egg whites to the egg yolk paste and stir evenly.

Pour the cake batter into the mold, and sprinkle an appropriate amount of green and red silk.

Cover the mold with a waterproofing membrane.

Boil the water in the pot and put it into the mold to steam for 25 minutes.

The cake is steaming.

Remove the mold from the pot, and then remove the covering film.
