Asparagus and Egg Fried Rice

After the oil is hot, scramble the eggs until 8 mature. Scoop out and set aside.

After dicing the asparagus, quickly stir-fry in a frying pan. It takes 3 to 4 minutes.

Add the rice and continue to fry until the pieces of rice are all separated.
