Asparagus and Salmon Cubes with Pine Nuts

Tips:
1. Blanch the asparagus to keep the emerald green color;
2. Don't fry salmon for a long time, the fish will not taste good when it gets old;
3. Frying pine nuts is more fragrant than frying them directly;
4. This dish does not require too much oil, I put a little more oil when I started frying pine nuts.
