Asparagus and Shrimp

Wash the asparagus, peel the asparagus stalks, break it into small pieces by hand

Shell the shrimp, remove the shrimp thread, and make a thin slice with water starch

Pour a small amount of oil in the pan, and stir-fry the shrimp first. When the color starts to turn red, add the asparagus and continue to stir-fry until the shrimp becomes all red. Add salt and start the pan.
