Asparagus and Shrimp Porridge

Prepare ingredients, a bowl of Jiwei shrimp, carrots, asparagus, mushrooms and rice

Wash a small bowl of rice and soak it in water for about half an hour

Pour in the soaked rice, peel the carrots, wash and mince, and pour the mushrooms

Wash the Jiwei prawns. Use a toothpick to pick out the tendons on the back. Put the Jiwei prawns in the pot and add about 4 bowls of water (the cooking ratio of porridge is 1:4)

Cover the pressure cooker and boil SAIC on high heat. After SAIC, the safety valve will pop up. Turn down the heat and let it burn for 5 minutes, turn off the heat and wait for it to become discouraged.

Remove the old skin, wash and dice the asparagus, turn on the pressure cooker after it is deflated, there is residual heat in the pot, add the diced asparagus, turn on the high heat and boil it to turn off
