Asparagus Beef Roll
1.
Wash the beef, slice into thin slices, remove the old roots of asparagus;
2.
Flatten the sliced beef with a meat hammer;
3.
Bring the water in the pot to a boil, add the asparagus, blanch it, and then remove it, brew with cold water and filter the water;
4.
Roll the asparagus with beef slices, sprinkle with salt and black pepper to taste;
5.
Put a little sunflower oil in a pan, heat it over medium heat to 60% heat, add the rolled beef rolls and fry them until the beef changes color, and serve;
6.
Arrange the plate as you like; pour honey, yellow mustard sauce and mayonnaise together into a bowl and mix well to form honey mustard sauce. Dip the beef asparagus rolls and eat with the sauce. If you are not used to eating mustard, you don’t need to dip it. The taste is also beautiful. ;
