Asparagus Soup

Wash the asparagus and cut off the older roots. Peel the potatoes and slice them into thin slices; put the potatoes and asparagus in a steamer, steam them for 5 or 6 minutes until cooked

When steaming the asparagus, prepare to fry the bacon, dice the bacon; fry slowly on low heat without adding oil

Set aside, cut off the tips of asparagus and set aside

Put the tips of the bamboo shoots into the soup bowl, put the rest of the asparagus and potatoes into the food processor, add the soup, and beat into a paste; (I used a handheld mixer and stirred it directly in the pot)

Add butter and milk

Put the soup pot on the heat, after the high heat is boiled, turn to low heat, stir constantly, cook until the soup thickens, add salt
7.
Season with pepper and pour into the soup bowl.
