Asparagus with Sauce and Eggs

1. Ingredients: cut asparagus diagonally, 1 hard-boiled egg, sliced carrots, and minced garlic.

2. Boil the asparagus and carrots in a pot with water.

3. Boil for a minute and a half to remove and drain the water.

4. Take a plate and place the sliced carrots on the edge of the plate for decoration. Place the asparagus in the middle of the plate. Cut the boiled egg into six portions and place it on top of the asparagus.

5. Heat garlic in a pot and sauté until fragrant.

6. Add a little oyster sauce to the cornstarch water, stir well, pour it into the pot and boil.
