Asparagus Yogurt Smoothie
1.
Prepare the materials;
2.
Select the tender part of the asparagus and break it into small pieces by hand. For the part that is not moving or the part that is more difficult to break, you can take out the outer skin, keep the tender part in the middle or discard it;
3.
Make a pot of clean water, add a teaspoon of salt after it is boiled over high heat, and then add the asparagus;
4.
When the asparagus becomes darker, remove it and immediately put it into the prepared ice water;
5.
After the asparagus is completely cooled, pour it into the mixing bucket of the mixer. Reserve a few asparagus tips here for decoration;
6.
Add yogurt;
7.
After stirring it into puree (you can beat it several times to make it as smooth as possible), pour it into a bowl, drizzle a little condensed milk, and serve with asparagus tips.
Tips:
1. By breaking it by hand, you can more intuitively and accurately judge the tenderness of asparagus. Too old asparagus will affect the taste even if it is pureed;
2. Add a little salt when blanching the asparagus, which can fix the color and kill bacteria;
3. Don't use too much yogurt, otherwise it will steal the natural sweetness of asparagus.
