Assorted Bread Tower

Ingredients: 2 slices of toast, two eggs, 20 grams of salad dressing, a small piece of ham, a small piece of onion, 20 grams of cream cheese, a little salt, a little pepper and the eggs are cooked, and the egg white and egg yolk are separated.
Finely dice the onion.
The cream cheese and ham are cut into small pieces.

Trim the toast slices and cut each slice into four pieces

Put the small toast slices into the cup cake mold, curl the four corners slightly upwards, put it in the oven at 150 degrees, and bake for about 8 minutes.

Until the four corners are slightly yellowed, the toast slices baked in this way curl upwards into a small bowl.
Place it in a container to cool for later use.

Put the egg yolk, salad dressing, and diced onion in a bowl.

Crush the egg yolk with a spoon, stir and mix well with the salad dressing.

Cut the egg whites into fine cubes, add them to the mixture in step 6, and stir well.

Add a little salt and pepper and stir well to make the egg yolk salad.

Put a small spoonful of egg yolk salad prepared in step 8 in the center of the toast slice.

Put the diced ham on the egg yolk salad.

Put a small piece of cream cheese on top.

The assorted bread tower is ready and you can put some mint leaves as a decoration.
