Tips:

1. The ingredients in the noodles can be selected according to their preferences and the existing ingredients at home. Usually, I use cucumbers and cowpeas. This time I don’t have cucumbers, so I didn’t put them.

2. The tomato and egg sauce can be placed in the freezer of the refrigerator to cool it down, so that it tastes more refreshing, but for those with a bad stomach, it is recommended to cool it at room temperature.

3. The cooked noodles should be overcooled with cold boiled water. The number of times of overcooling depends on their preferences.
