Assorted Cucumbers

Brush the cucumber clean with a brush, rub the cucumber with 2g of salt in the palm of your hand, and then rinse with water to remove the roots and heads.

Shred it, not too thin. Add 2g of salt to marinate.

Wash the side dishes. Dice garlic (cut well in advance and let it dry for 10 minutes), shred the peppers and shallots, and cut parsley into sections for later use.

Squeeze the water from the cucumber pickling.

Put the side dishes and cucumber together, add salt (remaining), chicken essence, very fresh, oyster sauce, vinegar, chili oil and sesame oil and mix well.
6.
The mixed dishes are served on the plate.
Tips:
Squeeze the cucumber water a little bit to make it easier to taste when mixing.
